A few decent offers have appeared (or re-appeared) in the last few days. Here are three worth considering…
IHG Credit Card
There is currently a 20,000 points bonus available for new applicants who spend £500 in 3 months on the free version of the IHG credit card. The offer is valid on new applications between 30th Jan and 31st Mar. This is double the usual 10,000 points and, if used wisely, could be worth £80+. The first 10,000 points are awarded at £200 spend and then an additional 10,000 at £500. Those should be manageable targets for most people. Here are a couple of examples of decent IHG point value:
This isn’t a card I’ve previously held, mainly because I don’t have IHG status and you can’t transfer American Express points to IHG, but the potential for a 16%+ return on the first £500 spent is enough to tempt me. Even if I opt to transfer them over to Avios, that’s 4,000 free Avios (enough for a one way Zone 1 flight).

It carries the same 20,000 bonus, however the additional benefits are attractive if you are likely to use IHG hotels. As always – if you’re applying for a rewards card, make sure you pay off your statement in full each month. If you’re paying interest, the higher rates on these cards will typically outweigh any gain you’ll get from the rewards.
Ola Taxis
For a while Ola halved their referral offer from a £10 free taxi ride to a £5 ride. However, it appears that it’s now been increased back to £10. If you generally use Uber, but Ola is available in your area, it might be worth a try for the free ride. Ola also have a regular stream of other codes and discounts, especially where they are fairly new to an area/city.

1,000 Free Virgin Miles with Tesco Clubcard
Finally – you can currently earn 1,000 free Virgin Flying Club Miles if you turn on auto convert from your Tesco Clubcard (you can turn it off again later of your choose!). The offer reads:
‘Between 6th – 29th February 2020 , Flying Club members who do not already auto-tip can enjoy 1,000 bonus miles if they sign up to do this, plus entry into a prize draw to win an extra 40,000 miles!’
