The American Express ‘Shop Small’ promotion will be returning 1-16th December, and cardmembers can save the offer to their card from tomorrow (1st Nov 2018). This is an impressive offer, cardmembers receive a £5 credit for any transactions over £10 with small businesses who are registered for the offer. All you need to do is save the offer to the American Express card you want to use and then check the very useful map to find eligible businesses in your area. This offer could be ideal if you want to save money whilst keeping your Christmas shopping as local as possible. You’ll earn reward points on these transactions – and if you’re also working towards a spend bonus, then the rewards and credit on a £10 spend would look very generous.
